Bulk feeding trailer working principle
The feed tank of the bulk feed transporter is erected on the chassis of the truck, and the special facilities are composed of tank assembly, conveying system (horizontal conveying system, vertical conveying system and movable conveying system), hydraulic system, electric system, etc. There is a gate at the bottom of the tank, and a horizontal
screw conveyor (commonly known as horizontal auger) is installed under the gate. The motor of each auger is driven by a 380V external power supply, and the blade shaft and blades rotate through the movable conveying system (commonly known as movable Stir the cage) to output the feed. A movable unloading auger placed on the roof of the car can rotate and lift freely. During transportation, the spiral tube at the top lies on the top of the tank, and it is lifted during unloading, so that the discharge port at the end of the tube and the livestock and poultry farm storage The feed inlets on the top of the filling are connected and aligned to complete the discharge.
